Mike Rybarczyk

Mike Rybarczyk is an experienced data center systems validation leader with a robust background in firmware implementation, hardware/firmware integration, and system architecture. They have held prominent roles at various companies, including their current position as Director of Systems Design Engineering at AMD. Previously, Mike has managed teams and projects at Microsemi Corporation, Microchip Technology Inc., and Rambus, where they built and led validation teams while overseeing budgets and project deliverables. Their technical expertise includes SOC validation and embedded firmware development, contributing to complex projects in the communications and storage sectors. Mike earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
