Stanley Chen

Stanley Chen is a Director of Silicon Design Engineering in the SerDes Technology Group at AMD, bringing over a decade of experience in mass production silicon chips across advanced CMOS FinFET technology nodes. They have a strong background in high-speed data converters, PLLs, and wireline SerDes transceivers, along with proven leadership skills in cross-functional team collaborations. Stanley also serves on the Editorial Review Board for IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letters and has held multiple design engineering positions at Xilinx, contributing to key publications in top-tier circuit conferences. Currently, they pursue a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, alongside a B.S. from National Taiwan University.
