Susan Kirkpatrick

Susan Kirkpatrick, PMP, CSSBB, is a Senior Manager in Business Process Improvement and Project Management Office with over 30 years of diverse experience. They have successfully led ERP implementations and process improvement initiatives across government, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Currently the Founder and CEO of Kirkpatrick Professional Services, LLC, Susan also serves as the Business Process Improvement Senior Manager at AMD. They previously held significant roles including Director of Project Management at Communication Service for the Deaf and Program Manager at AMD. Susan holds a Master's degree in Human Services - Human Resource Management from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Psychology from Texas State University-San Marcos.
