Thomas (Hing Yan) To is a Senior Fellow at AMD, specializing in high-speed I/O circuit architecture with extensive hands-on experience in DDR technology and signal integrity optimization. They previously held positions at Intel as a Senior Staff Circuit Architect and at NVIDIA as a Principal Engineer, where they contributed to the development of advanced memory I/O circuits and high-speed interfaces. Thomas is an inventor of over 37 US patents and has been recognized as an IEEE Senior Member. They earned a PhD in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University.
