Tom McKeone

Tom Mckeone is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as CVP of Systems Engineering at AMD since May 2023, overseeing systems engineering for the Computing and Graphics group. Previously, Tom has held the position of Chief Engineer at Uhnder, Inc. since April 2021, focusing on the development of innovative sensing and communication products. Tom’s extensive background at AMD includes roles as Corporate Vice President leading hardware engineering for the Radeon Technology Group and overseeing semi-custom engineering efforts, as well as a Senior Director responsible for high-performance SOC product development. Tom began tenure at AMD in 1994 as a Director, specializing in microprocessor and graphics IP design. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.
