Tom Newell

Tom Newell is an action-oriented engineering executive with over 25 years of experience in leading engineering design teams and managing complex semiconductor and computer system development programs. They served as Corporate Vice President at AMD from 2009 to 2017 and held the role of VP, Network and Hardware R&D at Cray Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Previously, Newell worked at Dell Inc. as an Engineering Sr. Manager and held various program management positions at Lockheed Martin and Hewlett-Packard. They earned a Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University and a Master's Degree from Stanford University.
