Tor Ekenberg

Tor Ekenberg is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades in electrical engineering and integrated circuit design. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at AMD in the Radeon Technologies Group since September 2010, Tor Ekenberg leads SoC Full-Chip Timing efforts for advanced chiplet technologies. Previously held the position of President and CEO at Manhattan Routing, Inc., and worked at Cadence Design Systems and major research institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania and Argonne National Laboratory. Tor Ekenberg holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a dual Bachelor's degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
