Xiaotao Chen

Xiaotao Chen is the Graphics Power and Performance Lead at AMD, bringing over 25 years of experience in design automation and system prototyping from both industry and academia. Xiaotao's career includes significant roles at Lucent Technologies, Agere Systems, Lattice Semiconductor, Fudan University, Futurewei Technologies, and NXP. Previously, Xiaotao served as Director at Futurewei Technologies, where they pioneered power optimization in MPSoC architectures and led the Data Driven Design and Debug initiative. Xiaotao holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and degrees in Electronic Engineering from Fudan University.
