Alex Copley

Alex Copley is an innovative and results-driven senior business and technical executive serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Advanced Micro Instruments since 2024. Previously, they held positions including Senior Electrical Engineer and Director of Electrical Engineering at Fusion Biotec, Inc. and served as a Lead Electrical Engineer at BIT Group USA, Inc., where they spearheaded the design and development of electronic instrumentation for the IVD medical device market. Alex has also worked at Source Scientific and contributed as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Loyola Marymount University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2010. They are passionate about fostering creative environments that empower individuals to develop innovative products that enhance lives.
