Michael Hadfield

Michael Hadfield has a diverse work experience spanning over 41 years. Michael has held various roles in different companies, primarily in the technical injection moulding and manufacturing industry. Michael'smost recent position was as the Group Sales Director at Advanced Plastics Group Ltd, starting in 2023.

Prior to this, Michael served as the Group Managing Director at Protool Plastics Group, where they played a crucial role in guiding the business from its acquisition in 2009 to its successful sale in 2022, delivering a substantial return on investment for shareholders. Throughout their tenure at Protool Plastics, they held multiple roles, including Group Sales & Technical Director and Sales Director and Managing Director. During this time, they demonstrated their expertise in P&L management, sales, and technical aspects of the business.
