Jay Young is a nationally recognized mediator, arbitrator, special master, and author, known for their extensive experience in legal dispute resolution. They served as a Judicial Officer and ADR Commissioner at the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada from 2021 to 2023 and acted as a Judge Pro Tem at the Henderson Municipal Court from 2011 to 2021. Currently, Jay teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they develop and instruct a course on arbitration essentials. Additionally, Jay has authored numerous works on Nevada legal topics, contributing significantly to the field through the "Litigator’s Guide" series.
