Luke D. Etter is the founder and CEO of Advanced Solution, a medical solutions distribution network serving US Veterans Affairs Health Systems, Hospital Outpatient Departments, Operating Rooms, and privately owned specialty clinics. The company originated in Central Pennsylvania and has grown into one of the fastest growing dermal solutions distribution networks in the United States, with 300% YoY revenue growth in 2023 and 640% YoY growth in 2024. In 2021, Etter was honored as one of Pennsylvania’s Top 20 Business Professionals in their 20s. They are the owner of Etter Events at The Vault (since 2024) and serve as Assistant Wrestling Coach at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania (since 2025). Outside of work, they are a devoted husband, an active church member, and a dog dad.
