Dr. Biff Rocha

Dr. Biff Rocha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory management, education, and ministry. Currently serving as the Regulatory & Artwork Manager at Advanced Testing Laboratory since June 2019, previous roles include Director of Campus Ministry at the University of Northern Iowa and Director of Evangelization for the Catholic Diocese of Toledo. Dr. Rocha has also worked as a history teacher at Royalmont Academy and as an Assistant Professor at Benedictine College, where a diverse array of subjects was taught, including Theology and American History. Educational credentials include a PhD in Theology and Catechetics and multiple master's degrees from the University of Dayton and Miami University, alongside a background in Geology, Political Science, and English.
