Robert Arrowsmith

Robert Arrowsmith has extensive experience in information technology and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

In their current role as Chief Information Officer at Advanced Vehicle Assemblies LLC, they are responsible for managing all aspects of Information Technology across four manufacturing sites and corporate headquarters in North America. Robert also handles supplier escalation and accountability for inventory targets. As the Sr. Global Manager for IT Applications- ERP, Finance, and Business Intelligence, they managed a team responsible for 8 ERP systems and 32 sites across North America and Europe. Robert also outsourced ERP support, resulting in a significant cost reduction. In a previous role as Business Applications Manager, Robert was responsible for ERP and EDI systems, managing their integration with other software platforms and automating production reporting data.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked at Global Automotive Systems as an Applications Specialist, where they designed and implemented EDI and ERP projects, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all EDI transactions. At Tubular Metal Systems, they served as an EDI/Production Control Manager, overseeing the integration of EDI software and ERP systems. Robert automated sales order creation and managed all EDI transactions.

Robert began their career as a Training Consultant at Future Three.

Robert Arrowsmith obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Saginaw Valley State University in 1994. Robert then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same university, completing it in 2003. Robert also holds a certification in CPIM from APICS, although the details of when and where they obtained it are not provided.
