Gary Pond has extensive experience in the implementation and training of medical software systems, currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at AdvancedMD since April 2012. In this role, Gary oversees the entire implementation process, ensuring clients' software setup, configuration, and training adhere to predetermined timelines. Previously, Gary held positions at Vitera Healthcare as a Medical Software Instructor and as an EHR/EMR Clinical Support Technician III, providing clinical customer support in the U.S. Prior experience includes managing implementation teams at Medical Manager/WebMD and serving as IT Systems Manager at Psychiatric Institutes of America. Gary's career began at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as a General Services Coordinator, managing medical supplies and logistics.
