Yonda Snyder

Yonda Snyder is a seasoned professional in aging services and human resources, currently serving as the Aging Services Director at ADvancing States since April 2024. With a diverse background, Yonda previously held the position of Principal at Sage Squirrel Consulting, LLC, from March 2018 to April 2024, and Director of the Division of Aging at the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration from December 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing approximately $2.5 billion in state and federal funds to enhance the well-being of aged and disabled individuals. Earlier roles included Director of Human Resources at Indiana Family & Social Services Administration and strategic positions at Indiana State Personnel Department and CARDON & ASSOCIATES, where significant contributions included reducing employee turnover and supporting large-scale recruitment efforts.
