Getting land agreements signed is what unlocks a project. We do that work for you.

Advantage Access is engaged by project owners across renewable energy, transmission and digital infrastructure to secure the landholder agreements, easements and access rights their projects need to progress. We take ownership of the land programme so the project team can stay focused on everything else.

Our regional Landholder Engagement Officers are anchored in the districts where your project sits. They know the communities, they build the relationships and they get agreements across the line. A Land Assembly Lead, GIS specialist and commercial support sit behind them to keep the programme moving.

For landholders, we run a process that is transparent, respectful and moves at a pace that works for them. Durable agreements come from landholders who understood what they signed.
