JT Waller

JT Waller is the RO Division Manager at Advantage Controls, a role they have held since November 2022. Having started at Advantage Controls in 2014, JT built plumbing panels, controllers, and pumps in production before becoming a supervisor for the Glycol Department. After a year in supervision, they transitioned to the Inside Sales/Customer Service team for six years, where JT was groomed for a Sales position. JT appreciates the opportunities provided by Advantage Controls, which has been a significant part of their professional journey.
