Lana Mitchell has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a CSR at NuComm International. Lana then worked as an Inventory Analyst at Reserve America/Ticket Master, where they analyzed and maintained reservation data. Lana also worked as a Technical Contact Representative at Cogeco Cable, resolving customer issues and providing support for cable modems.
