Nirvana Mathura

Nirvana Mathura has a range of experience in human resources, starting in 2010 as an HR Coordinator at Sobeys, where they focused on talent acquisition for a few months. In 2011, they joined Advantage Group International and held various roles, including Human Resources Coordinator, Advisor, Manager, and currently, Director. Throughout their time at Advantage Group International, Nirvana has been involved in a broad range of HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, budget tracking, research and analysis, compliance, training, and exit interviews.

Nirvana Mathura completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2009. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Post-Graduate Human Resource Management Program at Sheridan College. Later, from 2012 to 2016, Nirvana obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. In 2014, Nirvana also obtained the CHRP certification.
