Matt Perzel

Matt Perzel has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Matt is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Advantage One, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Talespin ✈️ from January 2023 to June 2023. Before that, they were a Consultant and Founder at Seven Fields Software from April 2018 to June 2023.

Matt also has a strong background at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Senior Software Engineer Lead from January 2020 to June 2020, Senior Software Engineer from February 2016 to March 2020, SDE 2 from January 2012 to February 2016, and Contract SDE from August 2010 to January 2012. Matt started their career as a Junior Java Developer at Quartech Systems Ltd. from February 2009 to July 2010.

Before entering the industry, Matt gained experience as an IT Student at the University of Calgary from May 2006 to July 2008.
