Beth Boone

Beth Boone is a Partner and L&D Strategist at Advantage Performance Group, where they focus on collaborating with clients to advance strategies that enhance skill development in areas such as sales, leadership, and communication. Previously, Beth served as Vice President of Global Accounts at Mandel Communications, Inc. from 2014 to 2022 and held the position of Vice President at BayGroup International from 2007 to 2014. They began their career at Paychex, where they held various sales management roles from 1994 to 2004 and achieved multiple sales excellence awards. Beth also briefly worked as a Business Development Leader at Enterey Life Sciences Consulting in 2014.
