Jonathan Hodge is the President and CEO of Advantage Performance Group, where they lead efforts in business acumen, B2B sales development, and leadership development. Since 2014, Jonathan has focused on delivering innovative learning and consulting solutions to help individuals and organizations excel. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Vice President at BTS from 2002 to 2014, driving strategy implementation through customized business simulations and experiential learning. Jonathan began their career as a Client Business Manager at AT&T from 1996 to 2001 and is currently pursuing further education at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
