Regional Business Development Manager, North Central at Advantage Technology

As a regional sales manager for the Bridgeport region, he is entrusted with day-to-day management of sales activities in the specified territory, with full support of the sales director. This includes tracking performance against set targets, mentoring account executives in the territory and enforcing proper usage of tools, processes and company resources. The regional sales manager will work with the account executives to identify target prospects and customer engagement strategies, as needed. An important component of this role is reporting to sales director first-hand needs of the specific market and employees.

Before coming to Advantage Technology, he spent the last 12 years in the telecommunications Industry. From 2006-2010, he worked for the second largest phone company in West Virginia as an Account Executive. From 2010-2018 he worked for the largest phone company in the state, the fourth largest in the entire United States, as an Account Executive.
