Matthew Rees

Matthew Rees is an accomplished Associate Business Analyst at AdvantageCS since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in the mortgage industry from Rocket Mortgage, where positions included Team Leader, Executive Closing Trainer, and Executive Closing Specialist. In these roles, Matthew led training for over 7,000 team members across multiple states, achieved a 99% pass rate on processor certification, and excelled in communication and internal processes. Prior to this, Matthew developed skills in video content creation and graphic design, contributing to promotional materials, along with practical experience as a Theatre Production Assistant. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts with a focus on Film Studies from Milligan College and attended the Los Angeles Film Studies Center.
