Kapp is a Founding Member of NAIC ISAO, addressing AI cybersecurity risks, and holds a partnership role at Advantary LLC, providing outsourced executive services. Additionally, Kapp has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah and has held various leadership positions, including Chief Data Officer at Publisher Arts and Partner at Kereon Intelligence. Previously, Kapp was Vice President & General Manager at Nanoheal and Vice President at Bask Technology, focusing on automated tech support solutions. Kapp holds an MBA in Quantitative Analysis & Finance and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
