Mark Howard

Mark Howard currently serves as the Manager of Operations Strategy at Advantasure, where responsibilities include managing a team of analysts focused on risk adjustment plan creation, implementation, and performance monitoring, along with providing coaching and mentoring. Previously, Mark held the position of Principal Analyst at Advantasure, organizing the risk adjustment strategy for the Michigan Medicare Advantage business. Earlier experience at the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget involved roles such as Departmental Analyst, where Mark was a key resource for healthcare in the Office of Retirement Services and managed contract monitoring for retirement plan vendors. Mark holds a B.A. in English from Cedarville University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Repair Technology from Lansing Community College.
