William Hickox

William Hickox has a strong background in operations and finance. William is currently the Vice President of Operations for the SIS Division at The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Advantech Incorporated from 2017 to 2023. Before that, they held the role of Director of Business Operations at Advantech, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. William also has experience in the public sector, having worked in finance at the Delaware Department of Education from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Delaware Department of Technology & Information from 2005 to 2015. William began their career in 1996 as the Director of Operations at the Delaware Transit Corporation, later transitioning to the role of Chief Operating Officer at the State of Delaware - Dept of Technology and Information.

William Hickox completed their education in a chronological pattern. From 1987 to 1991, they attended the State University of New York Cortland, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, William enrolled in Wilmington University, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration.
