Brian Chen

Brian Chen has over 20 years of experience in engineering and management roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at Advantech IIoT ME R&D since April 2015, previous positions include Manager and Assistant Manager at Advantech focused on HMI and related technologies. Prior to Advantech, Brian held the role of Associate Technical Manager at Quanta Computer, where responsibilities included managing projects for SONY VAIO products. An early career as a Mechanical Engineer at Fu-Shen involved mechanical design and parts development, and experience as an Equipment Technician at TRUMPF Taiwan included working with bending machines. Brian Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the same institution.
