Candy Chen

Candy Chen, SPHRi, PHR, currently serves as Manager of HR Business Partner at 研華科技 since February 2023. Prior to this role, Candy held multiple positions at Egis Technology, advancing to Senior Manager of the Human Resources Division from November 2019 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes significant roles at 聯發科 from July 2010 to May 2019, where responsibilities spanned project management, staffing, performance management, and global HR operations. Candy's career began at Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd., and 104 Corporation, contributing to HR projects and compensation surveys respectively. Candy holds a Master's degree in Human Resource from National Central University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
