Catherine Chang

Catherine Chang is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at Advantech, where responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and focusing on COE/Engineering positions since February 2023. Previously, Catherine worked at AMD as part of the APJ Team, handling full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations in Taiwan and China for software/hardware engineering and global operations from January 2021 to September 2022. With experience as a Senior HR Specialist at JHL Biotech, Catherine developed recruitment activities and maintained employment source contacts and coordinated interview processes from July 2017 to December 2020. Prior experience also includes a consulting role at PeopleSearch, specializing in executive-level recruitment, along with positions as a Marketing Manager at Llabs and a Product Manager at LungTeng Cultural Co Ltd.
