I-Hen Tsai

I-Hen Tsai currently serves as a Technical Presales and Solution Architect at Advantech, focusing on the development of solution templates that integrate data, AI, and domain applications to accelerate market readiness. In the role of BU Head for iFactory, I-Hen leads initiatives applying generative AI in manufacturing, creating global IoT business opportunities within the manufacturing and energy sectors. Previous experience includes product management roles at Advantech, where I-Hen secured digital transformation projects for tier-1 multinational companies and enabled Industry 4.0 advancements. Prior to Advantech, I-Hen held several positions at Delta Electronics, including Senior Software Supervisor and Senior Research Engineer, and worked at the Center of Disease & Infection Control at National Cheng Kung University Hospital as an Information Systems Manager. I-Hen holds a Master's degree in Medical Informatics from National Cheng Kung University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Information Engineering from National University of Tainan.
