Magic Pao currently serves as Associate Vice President and Head of the Edge AI/Server Master Division at 研華科技 since March 2010. In this role, Pao focuses on the systematic implementation of Edge AI technologies, collaborating closely with global semiconductor leaders to develop tailored system products. Prior experience includes serving as Head of the Advantech High Performance IPC Product Division, overseeing industrial IoT cloud infrastructure, and managing Europe server business development at ASUS from July 2004 to March 2010. Pao holds an EMBA from National Taiwan University and advanced degrees in management science and applied mathematics from Ming Chuan University and Fu Jen Catholic University, respectively.
