Walt Medlock

Walt Medlock is an experienced Application Engineer Manager for North America at Advantech, where responsibilities include implementing soft PLC solutions and edge-to-cloud data collection for factories, along with performing product demonstrations. Medlock has a background in customized projects at a regional sales office and has previously worked as an Application Engineer at Vickers Electronics Systems, focusing on testing controls for plastics machinery. Prior to that, Medlock served as a Field Service/Runoff Technician at Cincinnati Milacron, handling troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines. Medlock holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
