Jonathan Wells is a HRCI and SHRM Senior Certified Professional with 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, specializing in HR strategy, change management, employee relations, and coaching. They have worked across various industries, including bio pharmaceuticals, architecture and design, banking, retail, logistics, and property management. Jonathan held positions as an HR Payroll and Credit Manager at Gump's, Senior Payroll Analyst at GLOVIS America, Inc., and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Ware Malcomb before becoming a Human Resources Business Partner at Advantest. They also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Newport Pacific Capital and a Human Resources Business Partner at Dendreon. Currently, Jonathan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Evangel University.
