Max Baltes

Max Baltes currently serves as a Product Sourcing Manager at Advantest since December 2021, overseeing supply chain design for infrastructure, power, and mixed signal projects, as well as managing product lifecycles to ensure assurance of supply. Previously, Baltes held the position of Ramp Manager for the V93k Supply Chain, where responsibilities included managing supply chain ramp activities and securing sufficient supply to meet customer demands. Earlier roles at Eugen Forschner GmbH involved engineering tasks related to test specification databases and project management for prototype constructions. Experience also includes product and project management at ConMaTech GmbH, focusing on customer care and the procurement of machined parts. Baltes began the professional career with an internship in production and logistics at Parasol Advanced Systems. Max Baltes earned a Bachelor of Science in Vehicle and Engine Technology from the University of Stuttgart in 2018 and holds a Certificate in Advanced English from the International Language Academy of Canada.
