Robert Smith

Robert Smith is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and applications consulting, currently serving as a Senior Applications Consultant at Advantest since April 2012. In this role, Robert leads the development of DC parametric test programs, focusing on 300 mm wafer fine pitch test structures and related components. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at Verigy, Inc., where Robert contributed to the development and integration of a DC picoAmpere measurement subsystem. Robert's tenure at Verigy spanned over two decades, starting as an Application Engineer and working on a range of instrumentation and digital device applications.
