Matt Reber

Matt Reber is the Vice President of Construction at Advantic. Matt has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Matt started their career as a Site Supervisor with Ireland May Ltd. In this role, they were in charge of scheduling, execution, and the completion of custom homes. Matt then became a Project Manager with DDC, LLC., where they managed the design and construction of commercial and residential projects. After their time in the Marine Corps, they rejoined the construction industry as a Project Manager with DDC, LLC. In this role, they managed the design and construction of commercial and residential projects. In July 2018, they joined Advantic as the Vice President of Construction.

After completing their undergraduate studies in Construction Management and Political Science at the University of Cincinnati, Matt Reber pursued a career in security studies and received a certification from the same institution.

Their manager is Jim Foley, CEO. Some direct reports include Matthew Schaefer - Construction Project Manager, Brandon Morse - Pre-Construction Manager, and Lana Adi - Construction Project Manager. They are on a team with Jesse Crawford - Vice President of Engineering, Brian Stamper - CRO, and Bruce Cook - CFO.
