They held various leadership roles, notably as Vice President of Sales at Billtrust, where they contributed to significant revenue growth, helping the organization increase from $90 million to $190 million. Previously, at Epicor Software Corp, Penn directed sales teams, achieving consistent annual growth while navigating multiple acquisitions.
