Having served as General Manager at VIA Information Tools from 2001 to 2014 and later as a Client Relations & Business Development professional there until 2022, Rusty has honed skills in requirements analysis, business process optimization, and team development. Currently, Rusty holds the position of Manager, Customer Success at Advantive, where they continue to build strategic partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. Rusty earned a BS in Organizational Management from Tusculum College between 1993 and 1996.
