Lukas Pivarník

Lukas Pivarník is the founder of Erika and has been developing a full-stack AI recruiter aimed at improving the recruitment of blue-collar workers. They also founded FlickTec, which focuses on enhancing youth soccer training through innovative techniques and technology. Lukas holds a Master’s degree in International Management and has held various roles, including as a Demand Planner Assistant at Henkel and a Global Product Management Intern at Hilti Group. Their extensive experience in product management and development includes leadership at Advanto, where they focused on HR and recruiting software.
