Rahul Metkar

Rahul Metkar is the Co-Founder at AdvaRisk. Rahul has over 12 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining AdvaRisk, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Global Investment House and as a Manager in Credit Risk Management Group at ICICI Bank.

At Global Investment House, Rahul was responsible for initiating coverage on logistics companies and preparing quarterly previews and reviews. Rahul also created, updated and maintained earning models for companies encompassing past financial performance and financial parameters for forecasting future performance.

At ICICI Bank, Rahul was responsible for credit analysis of cement, shipping and shipbuilding companies. Rahul also analyzed leveraged buyouts and benchmarked players based on their financial and operational parameters. Rahul was successful in outlining the industry scenario and investment ideas to the credit approval committee.

Rahul Metkar attended the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) for their MMS in Finance and the V.J.T.I for their BE in Computer Engineering.
