Sumit Sharma has worked in the IT industry since 2013. Sumit started their career at CarDekho as a Content Analyst. In 2016, they joined GirnarSoft as a Senior Business Consultant, Product Analyst, and Market Research Analyst. In 2020, they began working at ZigChat as an Assistant Manager for Botsdekho - Enterprise AI Channel for customer engagement. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Manager at AdvaRisk.
