Brian Hart

Brian Hart is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and AI sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Advarra since July 2025, Brian has previously held significant roles including CTO at Covera Health and Principal Technology Advisor at Hart Consulting Associates, LLC. Notably, during his tenure at IBM from October 2015 to April 2022, Brian directed clinical data and innovation initiatives in the Global CTO Office for Watson Health, focusing on AI technologies in healthcare. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Washington State University.
