Natalie Custer

Natalie Custer is an experienced professional in quality assurance and compliance, currently serving as Director of QA & Compliance at Advarra since September 2020, having previously held roles including Sr. Manager of Technology QA and Manager of Quality Assurance Technology within the same organization. Before joining Advarra, Natalie worked as Director of Quality Assurance at Flooid and held various positions at Medpace from 2005 to 2019, including QA Manager, Manager of System Validation, and Validation Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles at Cembex Care Solutions, Siemens Business Service, Keane, Inc., Business Information Storage, Inc., and MC Tank Transport. Natalie holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wilmington College, and an Associate Degree in Information Systems from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
