Stephanie Smith, BS, CIP, serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Project Manager at Advarra since September 2018, previous roles include Senior Specialist in IRB Meeting Coordination and IRB Meeting Coordinator. In the current role, responsibilities encompass project management within the SME team, collaboration with Client Services and Regulatory teams, development of IRB procedural documents, and training of new staff. Smith has substantial experience in protocol review and administrative support from prior positions at ARServices and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, contributing to various oncology research initiatives and quality assurance processes. With a strong foundation in clinical research, regulatory compliance, and personnel training, Smith possesses expertise in various technical skills relevant to human subjects research and biobanking. Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Armstrong State University.
