Anu Wallecha

Anu Wallecha began their career in 2006 as a Senior Scientist at Advaxis, Inc. Anu then moved to the role of Director of Research and Development at Advaxis Inc. in 2010. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Development at Advaxis Immunotherapies. In 2018, they joined Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. as Associate Director of Bioassay Development. In this role, they were responsible for the development and validation of cell-based assays, ELISA, flow cytometry, Biacore-based assays and residual assays such as HCP, host cell DNA and Protein A. Additionally, they established Micro testing strategies for biologics such as endotoxins, sterility and Bioburden and served as a CMC subject matter expert in biologics for Regulatory submissions such as IND, IMPD and MAA.

Anu Wallecha received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from Delhi University. Anu then went on to earn their Master of Science (M.S.) in Biotechnology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Finally, they completed their Ph. D in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
