Colline Staton

Colline Staton has over 30 years of work experience in Human Resources. Her career began in 1988 as a Training Assistant for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Colline then moved on to become a Senior Employment Specialist for Group Health Inc. in 1990. In 1998, they took a role as a Staffing Specialist for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. The following year, they became a Staffing Specialist - Contract for Morristown Memorial Hospital. In 2001, they were hired as a Senior HR Generalist for Cardinal Health, Inc. Colline then moved on to become an HR Generalist for OHM Labs, Inc. (Ranbaxy, Inc.) in 2007. From 2009 to 2010, Staton worked as an HR Consultant for Self-Employed. Colline then became the Owner of Gemstones Apparel, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Finally, in 2018, they were hired as a Senior HR Manager for Advaxis, Inc.

Colline Staton's education history includes a Diploma from Highland Park High School, a degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from Norfolk State University from 1981 to 1985, a degree in Business Management from Bloomfield College from 1986 to 1988, a degree in Human Resource Management from University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2008, and a degree in Human Resources/Organizational Management from Thomas Edison State University from 2020 to 2021.
