Igor Gitelman

Igor Gitelman has been working in the finance and accounting industry since 1996. Igor began their career at Merrill Lynch as a Consultant, before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 as an In Charge Associate. In 2000, they took on a role as a Senior Tax Accountant at UBS Painewebber. Two years later, they became a Senior Tax Manager at Gucci Group. In 2005, they joined Bio Reference Laboratories Inc as an AVP Finance & Tax. In 2016, they began working as an Executive Financial Consultant, providing advice on accounting and tax policies, financial reporting and tax issues, and more. In 2017, they became the Chief Accounting Officer at Cancer Genetics, Inc. and in 2018, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Accu Reference Medical Lab. Most recently, in 2020, they became Interim Chief Financial Officer at Advaxis, Inc.

Igor Gitelman obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in the field of Accounting between 1997 and 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same university between 1994 and 1997. Igor is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both NY and NJ, and has a SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One Release 9.3 certification from SAP Service Cloud.
