Latisha Williams

Latisha Williams has over 15 years of work experience in the IT field. Latisha began their career in 2003 as a Service Desk Analyst at inVentiv Health. Latisha then moved to NPS Pharmaceuticals in 2013, where they worked as a Global Desktop Support Technician and was responsible for new user onboarding, hardware preparation, physical deployment, and end user orientation/training. In 2015, they joined PTC Therapeutics, Inc. as an Analyst, Desktop Support, providing day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. In 2016, they worked as a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist at HighPoint Solutions and a Desktop Support Lead at Advaxis, Inc.

Latisha Williams attended Lincoln Tech - Edison from 2000-2001, where they earned a Certification in Help Desk Analyst. Prior to that, they attended Union College - NJ from 1996-1998.
